Membership

The cost of items are locked at the time of entering any Lay By agreement. Any subsequent fluctuations on the price of the items under the Lay By scheme are in no way insured or otherwise refundable. All items under these schemes remain the sole property of RECOLLECT until full payment is received. These schemes are only available and valid for the duration of a membership. Any Lay By agreements in progress when a membership expires will be fulfilled, but no additional agreements may be commenced. Management retains the discretion on which items are available to Lay By or "Try before you buy". Abuse of any scheme, excessive cancellations of Lay By agreements or failure to return borrowed cards may result in these privileges being revoked.
